Burj Vista Downtown Dubai Luxury in the Sky

Burj Vista in Downtown Dubai is a set of two luxury residential towers. The Burj Vista tower 1 has 22 storeys with 146 housing units while the Burj Vista tower 2 is made up of 69 storeys with 747 units. Formerly known as The Grand Boulevard Tower, the Burj Vista was designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG) and was launched by Emaar Properties.

The Burj Vista apartments are meticulously designed to ensure that units have breath-taking, front-row views of the Burj Khalifa. To ensure this specification, a collection of duplex units are developed on the upper floors of the Burj Vista tower 1 that feature observation rooms and outdoor terraces. The terraces and rooms are arranged along the Boulevard in a staggered honeycomb pattern to maximise views of the spectacles of Downtown Dubai and minimise interference.
