Marketing Manager
Job Purpose
Fidu Properties is looking for a motivated individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s internal and external marketing strategies including campaigns for projects to achieve business growth objectives. He/she is expected to take steps to measure, enhance and enrich the position and image of the company through various initiatives. He/she is also overseeing communication, promotional and public relation activities to promote the company brand.
The candidate should also be able to work as part of a team and will collaborate closely with sales directors, developer marketing team, and internal stakeholders. Strong team dynamics skills are required for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute marketing strategies which focus on each specific audience.
- Build and run campaigns including e-mail campaigns, social media, Google ads, apps at the property level and websites to drive market activity and connectivity.
- Create integrated 360 marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.
- Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels
- Manage the marketing team, and budget, and ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Represent Fidu at events, be a thought leader/brand ambassador and gather market intelligence while exposing the company to the broader industry.
- Oversee development and implementation of marketing and media budget, and overarching marketing plan including management of all digital assets (ie. website, social).
- Identify and implement effective social media campaigns.
- Establish effective media relationships on a local and national level to secure coverage from a wide range of mediums
- Work closely with Sales Team to ensure their desired objectives are achieved
- Provide weekly/ monthly reports to the management on the marketing budget
- Other related duties/projects as assigned
Education / Training
- Bachelor’s in marketing & Communications background OR Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science with Marketing Experience.
- Savvy with all digital/social platforms
- Ability to effectively manage support staff
- Experience managing and maintaining a budget
- Experience in creating and optimizing digital campaigns
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Collaborative in nature with a “no job is too small” attitude to assist the internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve and work effectively under pressure while working as both part of a team as well as independently
- Demonstrated ability to self-start and initiate work
The candidates with Real Estate background will be given preference.
