Umm Suqeim is a contemporary neighbourhood located in western Dubai between Jumeirah and Al Sufouh. The area is known to be trendy and eclectic due to the presence of cafes, restaurants, attractions and beautiful homes. The properties in Umm Suqeim are almost all individual villas that don’t belong to a gated sub-community. The villas range from smaller one-bedroom homes to more extensive six-bedroom homes. The villas are popular options for housing in Dubai due to the beachside location of the Umm Suqeim district. The district is divided into five divisions - Umm Suqeim 1, Umm Suqeim 2, Umm Suqeim 3, Umm Suqeim Road and Madinat Jumeirah Living. The renters found in the district tend to be of a mix of ethnicities living in harmony with the locals of the land, reflecting the culture and tolerance of the United Arab Emirates.
The Umm Suqeim community is surrounded by the hip district of Jumeirah to the north, Al Sufouh to the south and Umm Al Sheif and Al Safa to the west. The community has a prime location in Dubai as it stretches on either side of the iconic Jumeirah Beach Road.

The locality is also famous for the Umm Suqeim Public Beach, also known as ‘Sunset Beach.’
Umm Suqeim 3 is the region in the community that is famous for its attractions, namely, the Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi Water Park and Madinat Jumeirah.
The Umm Suqeim community is also situated close to various small community shopping malls like J3 and The Mall. Larger shopping destinations like Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall are located a short drive away from the community.

As the Umm Suqeim community is set around Jumeirah Beach Road, there are generally two types of homes that can be found within the development. Homes aligned on the beachside of the road are privy to the calming sounds of the ocean and beachfront views. The homes aligned on the other side of the road are surrounded by verdant greenery, with landscaped gardens and open spaces.
