DAMAC Hills is a luxury gated residential community located at the core of Dubailand. Developed by DAMAC Properties, DAMAC Hills is being marketed as the ‘Beverley Hills of Dubai.’ The Dubailand community is set over 400,000 square metres of parkland, with luxury villas and apartments overlooking expansive verdant spaces. The DAMAC Hills community is built around an 18-hole championship golf course that has been developed in collaboration with Donald Trump.
