Engaging and negotiating the company’s cooperation in exhibitions in China & UAE, and exploring the company’s cooperation and collaboration with various domestic advertising channels.

Responsible for the market analysis of the specific city, formulation and promotion of the company’s activity plan design for cooperation with the developer’s.

Introduce new business stream with existing clients as well as new. Strengthen the relations with existing clients and provide trustworthy and stable relations with clients.

Cooperate with the company’s marketing department to take charge of the company’s branding in China & UAE market.

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

5-10 Years of Experience in Sales and Business Development in Real Estate Industry.
